Jack Bradley - President
In his 30 years in the retail industry, Jack Bradley has developed a niche expertise in modeling retail success, and duplicating that profitable success across a significant sized region. Jack Bradley brings a multi-faceted area of expertise to Global Export Co, Inc. in management, operations, procurement and training. His background is highly developed in Retail Management and Operations. Jack has over 17 years with Wal-Mart Stores Inc out of Bentonville, AR. He served in upper management as District Manager throughout the East Coast of USA. He maintained increased sales and profit in this highly competitive U.S market. He has completed extensive training in marketing, expense control, profit and loss reports, payroll control, personnel hiring and training, loss prevention, payroll, cash office procedures, and many others. He has conducted and attended various seminars in all areas of retail. Prior to Wal-Mart, Jack was President of Greensboro Restaurants Inc. He established 21 Western Sizzlin Steak House Restaurants. He was responsible for land procurement, store building, equipment set up, staffing, training and operations. Jack also was President of Export 80 Corporation, an International Trading and Management Company. He developed an Industrial Development Company specializing in packaging and labeling product lines. This operation was in the Free Trade Zone in Limasol, Cypress.
Amos Ajo - Executive Vice President
Amos Ajo brings a wealth of experience in corporate management, governance and leadership in both the academic and private enterprise. Prior to joining Global Export Corporation, Ajo has spent over 23 years in various business executive capacities including: (a) Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning, Quality Certain Inc., (b) Chief Executive Officer International Asset Management Inc. (c) Chief Executive Officer, Tuscan Homes and Tuscan Development Inc. Ajo also served as a Tenured Professor with Clark Atlanta University where he taught Statistics and Computer Usage for over 15 years. In addition, Ajo served Clark Atlanta University in various capacities including: (a) Director, Interdisciplinary Ph.D. Program in Social Work, Policy Planning and Administration, (b) Chair, Research and Sponsored Programs, (c) Chair, Tenure and Promotion Committee, (d) Chair, Rules and Rights Committee (e) Chair, University Wide Grievance Committee, and Secretary University Senate. Multi-talented and visionary, Ajo has the responsibility to develop strategic outlet malls in the emerging markets of Africa and South America as a mechanism to create as balance consistent with our business model:-“We know the consumers want bargain and the American manufacturers need to dispose of their overstock.”.
Kelli Smith - Vice President of Procurement
Having successfully managed the daily operations of a $100M-retail outlet facility, Kelli possesses the necessary expertise that Global Export requires. Her experience offers effective training and organizational development techniques, furthermore, provides the professional skills necessary to represent, help, advise and consult in all aspects of Global operations. Among a few of her accomplishments and achievements are: provided top quality personnel supervision and implementation of process improvements, received numerous promotions and commendations for superior management and won “Who’s Who of Business Leader’s” for Atlanta, Georgia; increased profitability and reduced turnover rates by 20%; and achieved top 10 ranking out of 120 stores in the region for superior operations management. With over 13 years experience with Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Kelli has been involved with every aspect of the retail management experience. Among the strongest areas of expertise are procurement of merchandise from key suppliers. Having established successful techniques to not only grow the business but to strategically align partnerships and alliances with suppliers she understands the nature of increasing profits without the demand of increasing costs.
